We are researchers, medical providers, and caregivers who are trying to improve care for people with memory problems (like dementia) and their caregivers.
Caring for people with dementia, particularly at end-of-life, is hard. We want a better understanding of experiences across multiple communities.
If you have cared for someone who died with a memory problem, like dementia, we want to hear about your experiences.
You will be paid for your time.
Your insight may help improve end-of-life care for others.
